The Pit Bull Rocker XOR has one of the most unique tread pattern and lug design on the market. You will not find another tread pattern like this. What makes this tread pattern and lug design so unique are several factors. One main factor is the depth of the lugs. Each lug is 1 1/8th" deep which is very deep and aggressive for an atv tire. Another factor of this tread design are the unique lug head designs which vary in irregular shapes. In addition to the irregular lug head design the top of the lugs have sloping divots. The multi-varied tread pattern is another unique feature that sets the Rockers apart from other atv tires on the market. These lugs wrap over the shoulder of the tire called Fang Technology which provides additional traction. Finally, these lugs are very pliable, which allows them to bend and wrap around objects. These are the main features of the Pit Bull lug design. Now lets look at how these features translate to real world performance.

The lug depth is 1 1/8th" deep which provides many benefits. Namely the biggest benefit is excellent traction ability in soft pack terrain, like mud, sand, soft pack trails, snow, and rocks. I can attest to the deep bite these tires provide.

The multi staggered tread pattern ensures maximum traction. This unique tread pattern allows the lugs to be constantly biting and gripping through the most difficult of terrain.

The over the shoulder Fang design really allows these tires to bite and grab in all directions. Whether it is from the top of the tire or side of the tire these tires are constantly biting. Again this tire design is only unique to the Rockers.

Another unique feature of these treads are the divots on top of the tread, as well as the irregular shapes. This combination provides superior traction, and acts as a suction cup to grip and hold to almost any obstacle. Once again this is only unique to the Pit Bull tires.
